Do you service outside of Palm Beach County?
Yes, we service outside of Palm Beach county. A OUT OF AREA FEE will apply or if a (2) day rental day is requested the out of area fee is waived.Restriction may apply.
Your rental rates seem high, why is that?
Our competition rent grills for an average of $125.00 a day plus delivery and clean up charge and only has less than 10 SQ.FT. of cooking area and cooks only with direct heat. Real Grill offers a smoker/grill with a minimum of 30 SQ.FT. that allow you cook with direct as well as indirect heat for smoking.We give you a up front price with no hidden add on charges.
Why can't I pick up the Smoker/Grill?
We deliver the units just in case there is a problem with the unit while in transent we are with the unit and can easily make the repair.We want have to go and find you to make this repair we have many units in our fleet.This would possible put a big task for us to go and and find several unit.
When do you deliver the unit?
We deliver the unit the evening prior to your schedule date between 6-10 PM.
Can I schedule a time for pick up and delivery?
Yes, there is a fee for this service.
Do offer long term rental rate?
Yes, we offer a weekly rate of (5) days for (3) or (7) days for (4) available on all of our units.
Can I transport the Smoker/Grill from one location to another?
Yes, you can transport the unit. You will be responsible for any tolls that you may incur or if we Real Grill is billed for tolls.
Do you deliver to public venues?
Yes, there is an extra charge for this service.
When do you pick the unit up?
We pick the unit up the following day after your event.
Do you offer a rain check?
Yes, we certaily do for some reason there is adverse weather on your schedule event date or weather approaches,rescheduling of event. Real Grill will issue a 30 day raincheck.(Palm Beach County delivery address only) Out of area rentals

How do I cancel my rental reservation?
You can simply cancel your rental reservation, by not paying the online invoice on its due date.
Your reservation will automatically cancel if invoice is not paid.
